Shopify and Shopify Plus D2C brands whose revenue in the last financial year was under ₹8 crore, and who are not already on a paid Retainley plan.
Q. What do I get?
$500 in startup credits, valid for 12 months on any Retainley plan, plus free setup and onboarding, priority WhatsApp support, retention playbooks and a monthly retention review.
Q. Which plans can I use the credits on?
All of them. Your startup credits apply to every Retainley plan for 12 months, and you can switch plans whenever your order volume changes.
Q. How long does approval take?
We reply to every application within one business day. Most approved brands are live within a day of the first call.
Q. I already use another loyalty app. Can I still apply?
Yes. We help you move your customers and points balances over so your shoppers do not lose anything.
